Registration for the Cultures of Stone Conference is now open.

The early-bird registration is open at a discount rate until 8th August, 2014. After this date, the standard fee is €40, with a reduced concession of €25 for unwaged delegates/attendees and current students.
The fee includes admission to the keynote lectures, sessions and opening reception, tea/coffee breaks, lunch and a conference pack.
A conference dinner will take place on the evening of the 18th September, 2014 at the Boulevard Café, 27 Exchequer St, Dublin 2 (www.boulevardcafe.ie ). Attendance to this event is optional and costs €30 - including a three-course meal. If you wish to attend, please choose this option in the registration form and submit along with the relevant fee no later than 8th August, 2014. Payments can be made by cheque, bank transfer and PayPal. Please download the registration form here and submit it to firstname.lastname@example.org.
In order to facilitate the running of the conference, powerpoint files should be submitted in advance, no later than Wednesday September 17th to email@example.com. Delegates should note that presentations will be run using a standard version microsoft powerpoint 2010. Delegates should take care with custom and downloaded add-ons for their microsoft programs as they may not be fully compatible Presentations must be kept within the 20 minutes assigned.
Please note that accepted papers will be invited for full publication as part of a fully refereed and edited conference volume no later than 2016. Details are currently under discussion with the publishers and will be announced shortly.
Posters will be on display throughout the duration of the conference and they will have a panel with a number assigned for displaying according to the programme order. Presenters should ideally be available in between sessions to answer further queries related to their work.
Please note that the acceptable poster sizes are up to A0 (1189mm x 841mm / 46.84 inches x 33.13 inches) if in portrait format and up to A1 (594mm x 841mm / 33.13 inches x 23.42 inches) if in landscape format. Those delegates wishing to have their posters printed in Dublin should submit the file before Friday 5th September, 2014 to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Only PDF files are accepted.
In order to avail of this printing service, delegates must be registered in advance and must have paid the printing costs involved. We encourage those delegates interested in this option to contact us as soon as possible.
